Why is my Alarm.com camera showing offline?

Most offline camera issues are network-related. Power-cycle the camera and your router, confirm the camera has Wi‑Fi signal (or Ethernet link), and verify the correct Wi‑Fi password. If it stays offline, we can re-add it to your account.
