DSC Neo & Alarm.com
The DSC PowerSeries Neo is a security system platform designed to work with Alarm.com through a compatible communicator. If you already have a Neo installed, you may be able to use your existing panel when activating compatible Alarm.com service through True-Link.
How to Find Your DSC Neo IMEI
Using the keypad:
1. Press and hold [1] for 10 seconds. The serial number used for Alarm.com displays on the screen.
Using a touchscreen keypad:
1. Tap Option.
2. Tap Installer Menu.
3. Enter the installer code.
4. Tap Keypad mode.
5. Enter [851].
6. Tap [*] to select the ADC module.
7. Flick to view the serial number.
On the cellular module:
The serial number is printed on the cellular module following SN/IMEI.

Activating Your DSC Neo with Alarm.com
To activate your DSC Neo with True-Link, you'll need the equipment's IMEI or serial information and access to the system. Find the required identifier using the instructions below, then choose a True-Link Alarm.com plan and submit your activation information online. We can activate eligible systems remotely.
