Qolsys IQ 2+ & Alarm.com
The Qolsys IQ Panel 2 and IQ Panel 2 Plus are touchscreen security panels designed to work with Alarm.com. If you already have one installed, you may be able to use your existing panel when activating compatible Alarm.com service through True-Link.
How to Find Your Qolsys IQ 2+ IMEI
Using the keypad:
1. Flick down to open the menu, then tap Settings.
2. Tap Advanced Settings.
3. Enter the installer code or master code.
4. Tap About.
5. Tap Cellular.
6. The serial number used for Alarm.com is displayed in IMEI.
On the cellular module:
The serial number is printed on the panel following IMEI.

Dealer Code: 2222
Master Code: 1234
Activating Your Qolsys IQ 2+ with Alarm.com
To activate your Qolsys IQ 2+ with True-Link, you'll need the equipment's IMEI or serial information and access to the system. Find the required identifier using the instructions below, then choose a True-Link Alarm.com plan and submit your activation information online. We can activate eligible systems remotely.
