2GIG GC3 & Alarm.com
The 2GIG GC3 is a touchscreen security control panel that can be used with compatible Alarm.com services. If you already have a GC3 installed, you may be able to use your existing panel when activating compatible Alarm.com service through True-Link.
How to Find Your 2GIG GC3 IMEI
Using the keypad:
1. Tap the GoControl symbol or the security company's logo in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Enter the installer code.
3. Tap Radio Status.
4. The serial number used for Alarm.com is displayed under Serial Number.
On the cellular module:
If there is only an IMEI sticker, the serial number is printed following IMEI.
If there is a sticker listing three numbers, the serial number is printed following ADC.

Activating Your 2GIG GC3 with Alarm.com
To activate your 2GIG GC3 with True-Link, you'll need the equipment's IMEI or serial information and access to the system. Find the required identifier using the instructions below, then choose a True-Link Alarm.com plan and submit your activation information online. We can activate eligible systems remotely.
