DSC Impassa & Alarm.com
The DSC Impassa is a wireless security panel that can be used with compatible Alarm.com services. If you already have an Impassa installed, you may be able to use your existing panel when activating compatible Alarm.com service through True-Link.
How to Find Your DSC Impassa IMEI
Using the keypad:
1. Press and hold [1] for 10 seconds. The serial number used for Alarm.com displays on the screen.
Alternatively, the serial number is printed on the cellular module following IMEI or SN.

Master Code: 1234
Activating Your DSC Impassa with Alarm.com
1. Locate your panel's IMEI using the instructions on this page.
2. Choose your True-Link plan here and provide the IMEI during checkout.
3. Keep your panel powered on until activation is complete.
Not sure whether your panel is available? Use our Panel Status Checker before purchasing your plan. If you are switching providers, confirm your communicator supports LTE before cancelling your existing service.
Important Information
'- Panel firmware: 1.3+.
- Communicator: a compatible Alarm.com LTE module, such as TL8055LT, installed in the panel.
Complete any required hardware or firmware upgrades before activating.
For a new or unvalidated installation, provide the current panel installer code with your activation details. The code is required to complete validation.
