DSC PowerSeries Pro & Alarm.com
The DSC PowerSeries Pro is a security system platform designed to work with Alarm.com through a compatible communicator. If you already have a Pro system installed, you may be able to use your existing panel when activating compatible Alarm.com service through True-Link.
How to Find Your DSC PowerSeries Pro IMEI
Using the keypad:
1. Press and hold [1] for 10 seconds. The serial number used for Alarm.com displays on the screen.
Using a touchscreen keypad:
1. Tap Option.
2. Tap Installer Menu.
3. Enter the installer code.
4. Tap Keypad mode.
5. Enter [852].
6. Tap [*] to select the ADC module.
7. Flick to view the serial number.
Alternatively, the serial number is printed on the cellular module following SN/IMEI.

Activating Your DSC PowerSeries Pro with Alarm.com
1. Locate your panel's IMEI using the instructions on this page.
2. Choose your True-Link plan here and provide the IMEI during checkout.
3. Keep your panel powered on until activation is complete.
Not sure whether your panel is available? Use our Panel Status Checker before purchasing your plan. If you are switching providers, confirm your communicator supports LTE before cancelling your existing service.
Important Information
'- Panel: HS3032, HS3128 or HS3248 with firmware 1.01+.
- Communicator: a Pro-compatible Alarm.com LTE module with firmware 189a+.
- Panel firmware 1.10 requires communicator firmware 189d+.
Complete any required hardware installation or firmware upgrades before activating.
For a new or unvalidated installation, provide the current panel installer code with your activation details. The code is required to complete validation.
