Interlogix Concord 4 & Alarm.com
The Interlogix Concord 4 is a security panel that can use Alarm.com through compatible communication hardware. If you already have an eligible Concord 4 installed, you may be able to use the existing panel when activating service through True-Link.
How to Find Your Interlogix Concord 4 IMEI
Using the keypad:
1. Press [8].
2. Enter the installer code.
3. Press [00].
4. Press [#] to enter System Programming.
5. Scroll to Sensors, then press [#] to enter sensor programming.
6. Scroll to Sensor Text, then press [#] to enter sensor programming.
7. Press [96]. The serial number used for Alarm.com is stored in the text for sensor 96.
Alternatively, the serial number is printed on the cellular module following SN/IMEI.

Activating Your Interlogix Concord 4 with Alarm.com
1. Locate your panel's IMEI using the instructions on this page.
2. Choose your True-Link plan here and provide the IMEI during checkout.
3. Keep your panel powered on until activation is complete.

'- Panel firmware: 4.0+.
- Hardware: a compatible Concord gateway and Alarm.com LTE module, installed and connected to the panel.
