Qolsys IQ Panel 5 & Alarm.com
The Qolsys IQ Panel 5 is a touchscreen security and automation panel designed for Alarm.com. If you already have an IQ Panel 5 installed, you may be able to use your existing panel when activating compatible Alarm.com service through True-Link.
How to Find Your Qolsys IQ Panel 5 IMEI
Using the keypad:
1. Flick down to open the menu, then tap Settings.
2. Tap Advanced Settings.
3. Enter the installer code or master code.
4. Tap About.
5. Tap Cellular.
6. The serial number used for Alarm.com is displayed in IMEI.
Alternatively, the serial number is printed on the panel following IMEI.

Activating Your Qolsys IQ Panel 5 with Alarm.com
1. Locate your panel's IMEI using the instructions on this page.
2. Choose your True-Link plan here and provide the IMEI during checkout.
3. Keep your panel powered on until activation is complete.
