If your Qolsys IQ Panel 4 is armed or in an alarm state and you don’t have the master or user codes, you may be able to disarm it using the default duress code, 9998.

Important: Do not use the duress code if your system is actively monitored. Entering this code disarms the system while silently sending a duress alarm to the monitoring station, potentially triggering an emergency response.

Once the panel is disarmed, we should be able to proceed with activation, provided the panel is compatible and available for takeover.

After activation with True-Link, we can remotely update the dealer and installer codes. You’ll then be able to manage your master and user codes through Alarm.com.
