Can True-Link reset the codes on my Qolsys IQ Panel?

Yes. Once your Qolsys IQ Panel is activated with True-Link, we can remotely update the dealer and installer codes if needed.

User codes, including the master code, are managed by the customer. Once the panel is activated, you can update these codes yourself through your Alarm.com account.
