To switch to True-Link, ask your current provider to release your system from their Alarm.com account, then purchase a True-Link plan and we’ll activate it.

In many cases, yes. Check our Compatible Alarm Panels directory to see whether your system is supported. If it’s registered to another Alarm.com provider, they must release it before activation.

With self-monitoring, you receive alarm notifications through Alarm.com and contact emergency services yourself if needed. Professional monitoring adds a 24/7 monitoring station that responds to alarm signals and can contact emergency services on your behalf.
Yes. Sign up for a plan first. If your system isn’t ready, select “I don’t have a system” during account setup. Your plan will be paused until activation, and you can use the member discount to purchase your equipment.
